Day by day :

Day 1 : Transfer-in to Quito

Arrival to Quito. Transfert dans votre superbe hôtel de luxe.

Day 2 : Quito visit

Guided tour of Quito as a couple. You will visit churches, plazas, colonial streets, el Panecillo, the Pichincha cable car. It is also possible to visit the modern district and the typical Guapulo district.

Day 3 : Quito

Free day in the Ecuadorian capital classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 4 : Quito > Coca > Amazon rainforest (Yasuní National Park)

Transfer to Quito airport and flight to Coca. Arrive at Coca and transfer by motor canoe to your lodge. You will enjoy the activities planned by the lodge organization.

Day 5 : Amazon rainforest (Yasuní National Park)

Visits are planned by the lodge. You will tame the environment of the Amazon rainforest.

Day 6 : Amazon rainforest (Yasuní National Park)

Visits are planned by the lodge. You will tame the environment of the Amazon rainforest.

Day 7 : Amazon rainforest > Coca > Quito > Zuleta

You will be transferred by canoe and then by taxi to Coca town where you will take your plane to Quito. Your guide will meet you at the airport exit to then reach Zuleta, famous for its hacienda.

Day 8 : Zuleta

You will spend the day in the beautiful Zuleta hacienda. Several options are available to you:

– Condor observation
– Hiking, horseback riding or mountain biking.
– Visit to the cheese factory
– Meeting with embroiderers
– Cooking class with Zuleta’s Chef

Day 9 : Zuleta > Lasso

You will have another free morning to enjoy the hacienda and its activities. You will take the volcano alley road to reach Lasso, Cotopaxi National Park entrance. You will be in a historic hacienda built on Inca ruins.

Day 10 : Lasso > Cotopaxi National Park > Baños

You will enter Cotopaxi National Park to discover this fabulous place, home to the highest active volcano in the world (5,896m). At the end of the afternoon, you will reach the spa town of Baños.

Day 11 : Baños

You will have a free day in Baños. You can enjoy the many activities that this city offers. (Mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, rafting …)

Day 12 : Baños > Chimborazo reserve > Riobamba

Transfer to the Chimborazo reserve where you can climb to the Whymper refuge located at an altitude of almost 5100m. In these Andean highlands landscapes you will be accompanied by vicuñas. You will then head to your superb charming hacienda in Riobamba where Simon Bolivar lived for a while.

Day 13 : Riobamba > Guamote > Ingapirca > Cuenca

Day by car to reach the magnificent Cuenca city. If this day falls on a Thursday, you will stop at the traditional Andean Guamote market. You will then continue your journey to Ecuador’s largest Inca site, Ingapirca, before arriving in Cuenca in the afternoon.

Day 14 : Cuenca

You will take advantage of your day in what is “the most beautiful Ecuadorian city” to visit the classified UNESCO superb historic center.

Day 15 : Cuenca > Guayaquil

During the day, at a time of your convenience, you will reach the largest city in the country which is Guayaquil. You will stay in one of the most beautiful hotels in the country in the heart of this city’s historic park.

Day 16 : Guayaquil – departure

Transfer to Guayaquil airport to catch your international flight.

Amazon rainforest ( day 3 to 6): Amazonia (day 3 to 6): transport and private tours (except the rafting option which will be shared with other participants). Bilingual Spanish / English local naturalist guide.
